Patrick of Coonawarra Block 5 Aged Riesling, part of the Single Site range, is from Block 5 of the Skinners Vineyard, a gravelly limestone site in northern Coonawarra.

Minimal winemaking influence ensures a pure expression of the vineyard. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel. After bottling, the wine matures for at least five years prior to release, allowing the flavours to evolve.

Pale golden straw, Patrick of Coonawarra Block 5 Aged Riesling is delicately layered and distinctly toasty with a crisp finish. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
